Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in the original manufacturer’s box, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
